and let us know how to make you happier.Returns, Exchanges, Damaged and Defective Merchandise:Damaged or Defective Merchandise must be reported in 10 days. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of date of purchase. After 30 days a 20% restocking fee will apply. If a return or exchange needs to be made please contact
us at 1-724-329-1203 and we will issue an RMA number.
Returned merchandise will not be accepted without this number. Include a copy of your packing slip (sales receipt) and include
this RMA number with a note explaining what you are returning and why. When returning merchandise please clearly mark the RMA
number on the outside of the package. Packages must be returned prepaid. Oddly Enough will not accept any
COD packages. Your returned item will be replaced or refunded to the
credit card originally used. If you ordered by mail with a money order, a refund check
will be issued. You are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Shipping for returns or exchanges is non-refundable. Free items included with your order are yours to keep
even if the rest of the order is returned. Most orders will ship within 5 to 7 days. Orders will be sent by UPS, FEDEx, or USPS. Tie Dyes can take approximately 2-3 weeks to be
shipped because the product is hand made to order.
